Prezydent Edmund Stachowicz podsumował porozumienie mówiąc, że ma nadzieję, iż krok ten w sposób znaczący przybliży realizację tej inwestycji. Podczas spotkania padła również informacja, że przy dobrych wiatrach obwodnica powinna powstać do 2020 roku.
