TCZEW. W Szkole Podstawowej nr 8 w Tczewie odbyły się półkolonie zorganizowane dla dzieci ze szkół podstawowych i zerówek. Uczestniczyło w nich 54 uczniów z różnych grup wiekowych. Przez 10 dni korzystały one z różnych atrakcji przygotowanych przez kierownika oraz opiekunów półkolonii.

Atmosfera była wspaniała, dzieci bawiły się wyśmienicie. Codziennie spotykały się o godz. 8 rano w SP 8, gdzie odbywała się zbiórka. Po czym wszyscy ruszali w plener. Powrót do szkoły odbywał się zazwyczaj ok. godz 12.45, czyli w porze obiadowej. Po godz. 13 dzieci były odbierane przez rodziców i wracały do domu.
Zoo, Nowa Holandia i morze
Półkolonie rozpoczęły się od wędrówki po zduńskim lesie, w którym odbyła się gra terenowa, tzw. podchody. Dzieci miały okazję zaznajomić się z przyrodą oraz poznać tajniki umiejętnej wędrówki po lesie. W kolejnych dniach zwiedzano m. in. lotnisko w Rębiechowie; maluchy dowiedziały się tam różnych ciekawostek na temat samolotów. Odwiedziły też Zoo (Oliwa) i miały okazję zobaczyć piękny zakątek krajobrazowy w Nowej Holandii niedaleko Elbląga. Atrakcją była też wspaniała wycieczka statkiem po kanale elbląskim. Dzieci spędziły dzień w stajni w Zajączkowie, gdzie uczyły się jeździć konno. Kiedy zaczął doskwierać upał, wolny czas spędzały nad morzem w Stegnie oraz na tczewskim basenie, gdzie radość dzieci nie miała końca.
Wozem drabiniastym po Tucholi
W ostatni dzień półkolonii czekała na ich uczestników wspaniała wycieczka - niespodzianka pt. „Mleczny Szlak”. Dzieci pojechały autokarem w Bory Tucholskie do miejscowości Lipce. Tam uczyły się robić domowy twarożek i masło oraz doić krowy i kozy. Ponadto jeździły po lesie prawdziwym wozem drabiniastych, zwiedzały okoliczne tereny, a na zakończenie rozpalono ognisko. Niemal codziennie odbywały się różne konkursy, w których dzieci ujawniały swoje ukryte talenty. Każdy uczestnik otrzymywał za udział atrakcyjne nagrody.
